Change your BlackBerry ID password, username, or other info using your computer
- On a computer, visit www.blackberry.com/blackberryid.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Sign In.
- Click Account Details.
- Next to the info that you want to change, click Edit.
- After you change info using your computer, you might be required to re-enter your BlackBerry ID username and password on your device.
