Synchronize your organizer data and media files automatically when you connect your device

You can set the BlackBerry® Desktop Software to automatically synchronize changed organizer data and new pictures and videos from your BlackBerry® computer to your device each time that you connect your device to your computer.
  1. Connect your device to your computer.
  2. On your computer, in the Applications folder, click the BlackBerry Desktop Software icon
  3. Click Device Options.
  4. On the General tab, select the Automatically sync when device is connected check box.
  5. Click OK.
