Move a call from device to your desk phone or another phone
If you are on a work call on your
BlackBerry® device, you can move the call to another phone without putting the call on hold. When you move the call, the other phone rings.
- During a call, press the Menu key.
- Click Move Call.
- To move a call to your desk phone, click Desk.
- To move a call to another phone, click One-Time Number.
If the phone number is in your contact list, click the contact. If the phone number is not in your contact list, click Use Once. Type the phone number. Press the Send key.
- Answer the call on the other phone.
