Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable
- Connect the large end of the USB cable to a USB port on your computer.
- Connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB port on the side of your BlackBerry® device.
- On your computer, if the Device Security Password field appears, type your device password. Click OK.
