Delete the chat history
You can delete the
chat history that you have saved on your
BlackBerry® device memory
or on a media card.

On the Home screen or in the
Instant Messaging folder, click the
BlackBerry Messenger icon.

On the contact list screen, in a contact category, highlight a
contact.

Press the
Menu key.

Click
View Chat History.

Press the
Menu key.
- To delete the
chat history for an individual contact, click
Delete Contact's History.
- To delete the
chat history for all contacts, click
Delete Complete History.

Click
Delete.
