Change voice note options
By default, you do not receive a prompt to accept or decline voice notes that contacts send you or a prompt to start recording before you send a voice note.
- On the Home screen or in the Instant Messaging folder, click the BlackBerry Messenger icon.
- On the contact list screen, press the Menu key.
- Click Options.
- To stop accepting voice notes automatically from contacts, clear the Automatically Accept Voice Notes check box.
- To stop recording voice notes automatically, clear the Automatically Record When Sending Voice Notes check box.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Save.
