If you are trying to synchronize pictures from a specific folder on your computer to your BlackBerry® device, the folder might appear dimmed in one of the following situations:

• the folder on your computer is deleted
• the folder on your computer is renamed
• the folder on your computer is on a network drive or USB drive that it is disconnected

Try to correct any of these issues and synchronize again, or select another folder.
