The LED on the BlackBerry Presenter is flashing purple
Try the following actions:
- Unplug the BlackBerry® Presenter and then plug it in again.
- Verify that the VGA cable or S-video cable is connected to your BlackBerry Presenter correctly.
- Verify that only one video output cable is connected to your BlackBerry Presenter.
- Check for the latest versions of the BlackBerry Presenter smartphone software and BlackBerry Presenter desktop software.
