I can't pair the BlackBerry Presenter with my BlackBerry device

If you try to pair your BlackBerry® Presenter with your BlackBerry device using the Bluetooth® options on your BlackBerry device, the pairing process isn't complete until you present a file. Complete the steps for presenting a file.
