Turn on automatic certificate synchronization
- Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
- Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.
- Click Synchronize Certificates.
- Click Options.
- On the Desktop Preferences tab, select the Automatically synchronize my device's certificate data when my device is connected to my computer check box.
- Change the synchronization options.
- Click OK.
