Turn off the prompt that appears when a CRL server is unavailable
- Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
- Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.
- Click Synchronize Certificates.
- Click Options.
- On the CRL Servers tab, select the Alert me whenever a CRL server cannot be contacted during an update check box.
- Click OK.
