Download a certificate from an LDAP certificate server
Verify that you have added an LDAP certificate server to the certificate synchronization tool of the BlackBerry®
Desktop Manager.
- Connect your BlackBerry device to your computer.
- Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.
- Click Synchronize Certificates.
- On the Other People’s Certificates tab, click Find in LDAP.
- Select the check box beside one or more LDAP certificate servers.
- Specify the search criteria.
- Click Search Now.
- Click a certificate.
- Click Mark for addition.
- Click Close.
