The border-top property is a shorthand property used to set any or all of the color, style, and width properties for the top border. Properties can be listed in any order.

Description

[ border-top-color | border-top-style | border-top-width ]

This value is a whitespace-separated list of values for the border-top-color, border-top-style, and border-top-width properties. You can set from one to three values. Properties can be listed in any order.

inherit

This value specifies that the element inherits the border-top property of the containing element.
