Overview for submitting products

Here is an overview of the steps to make your products available on the BlackBerry App World storefront.

Register for your vendor account. When accepted, RIM sends you logon information to access the BlackBerry App World vendor portal.
Add a product. When you follow this procedure, your product is initially saved as a draft. Then you can add a release and you can also add digital goods if appropriate for your product.
Submit your product for review when you are satisfied that your release includes all the information you want to include. RIM reviews your product for compliance with agreements and updates information about your product.
When your product is approved for sale on BlackBerry App World, an Apply link appears under the Built for BlackBerry column on the Manage your products screen. If you want, you can submit your product for the Built for BlackBerry program by clicking the Apply link and completing the request form.
