Manage product reviews

Users can write reviews about products and display the reviews on the BlackBerry App World storefront. Research In Motion filters and removes user reviews with offensive language or inappropriate content.

You can use the vendor portal for the BlackBerry App World storefront to read user reviews of your products to assess user satisfaction, and to identify ways that you can improve or change your products. You have the option to deny reviews that you consider to be inappropriate, or to approve reviews that you think Research In Motion might have removed unnecessarily. When you deny or approve a review, the vendor portal submits a change request ticket to Research In Motion. Research In Motion must approve the change request ticket before any changes appear in BlackBerry App World.
