Manage reviews of a product
Before you begin: You must have
permissions for the Admin role or the Application Submit/Modify role to perform
this task.
- On the vendor portal for the BlackBerry App World™ storefront, in the left pane, click Manage Products.
- On the Manage Products screen, beside a product that you want to manage reviews for, click Reviews.
- Perform one of the following actions:
A change request ticket appears on the vendor web site that contains the request to approve or reject a review. Research In Motion reviews the ticket and either accepts or rejects the review. Appropriate reviews are displayed on
BlackBerry App World for
BlackBerry® device and BlackBerry®
PlayBook™ tablet users to view and inappropriate reviews are not displayed. The rating given in a review counts toward the overall rating for the product even if the review is
not displayed.
