Manage reviews of a product

Before you begin: You must have permissions for the Admin role or the Application Submit/Modify role to perform this task.
  1. On the vendor portal for the BlackBerry App World™ storefront, in the left pane, click Manage Products.
  2. On the Manage Products screen, beside a product that you want to manage reviews for, click Reviews.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • If the reviews are appropriate, click Back.
    • If a specific review is inappropriate or you disagree with the status of the review, in the field for the review, type a reason. Click Flag Review beside the review. Click Back.
A change request ticket appears on the vendor web site that contains the request to approve or reject a review. Research In Motion reviews the ticket and either accepts or rejects the review. Appropriate reviews are displayed on BlackBerry App World for BlackBerry® device and BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet users to view and inappropriate reviews are not displayed. The rating given in a review counts toward the overall rating for the product even if the review is not displayed.
