Create a resource file for a
BlackBerry device application

On the
File menu, click
New > BlackBerry Resource File.

In the
Create a new BlackBerry Resource File dialog
box, click the project folder that you want to place the resource file in.

In the
File name field, type the name of the .rrc
file or .rrh file.

Click
Finish.
