You can export a list of user accounts which permits you to save a backup of the selected user accounts. You can also import a list of user accounts to perform administrative actions on the user accounts.

1. In the BlackBerry® Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand User.
2. Click Manage users.
3. Search for one or more user accounts.
4. Click Manage multiple users.
5. Select the appropriate user accounts.
6. In the Export users list, click Export user.
7. Click Download file.
8. Save the .csv file.
