Change the key store password for the certificate that the BlackBerry Administration Service and BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager use
You can change the default key store password for the certificate that the BlackBerry® Administration Service and BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager use.
The key store password must contain alphanumeric characters only.
Before you begin: Use the keytool to update the password in
<drive>:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise
Server\BAS\bin\web.keystore.

- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Administration Service and BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager, click Start > Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server > BlackBerry Server Configuration.
- On the Administration Service - Cacerts keystore tab, type a new password and confirm it.
- Click OK.
- In the Windows® Services, restart the BlackBerry Administration Service services.
