Verify that the BlackBerry MVS Client registered with the BlackBerry MVS

You can use the Enable MVS setting to verify whether the BlackBerry® MVS Client registered with the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System.
  1. In the BlackBerry MVS web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
  2. Click a user account.
  3. On the User menu, click Phones.
  4. Click the BlackBerry device for the user account.
  5. On the MVS tab, verify that the Enable MVS drop-down list is set to Yes.
