Unlock a user account

After a user exceeds the maximum number of permitted times to try logging in to the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI or the mobile access number, the BlackBerry MVS locks the user account. The BlackBerry MVS also locks a user account after the user does not log in within a specified period of time.
  1. In the BlackBerry MVS web UI, on the Administration menu, click Security Breaches.
  2. Click Clear Security Breach beside the appropriate user account.
The status changes to C. This status indicates that the security breach was cleared.
