You can specify phone numbers that a user cannot call using a work phone number on a BlackBerry® device. If a user dials one of these phone numbers using the work phone number, the BlackBerry device uses the cellular line to make the call. The BlackBerry device always uses the cellular line to make emergency calls.
- In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
- Click a user account.
- On the User menu, click Phones.
- Click the BlackBerry device for the user account.
- On the MVS tab, in the Exclusion List field, type the phone numbers that a user cannot call from the work phone number. Separate multiple phone numbers with a semicolon (;).
- Click Submit.
