Troubleshooting
You can run reports and obtain log files to assist with troubleshooting issues with the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System.

You can use Call Event Log Report to obtain information about calls that BlackBerry MVS users made and received. To access a report, in the BlackBerry MVS web UI, on the Reports menu, click Calls > Call Event Log Report. |

You can use the Completed Calls Report to obtain information about the call logs that completed after BlackBerry MVS users made and received calls. To access a report, in the BlackBerry MVS web UI, on the Reports menu, click Calls > Completed Calls Report. |

- I cannot open the BlackBerry MVS web UI or it tries to open but stops responding
- I cannot install the BlackBerry MVS Client on a BlackBerry device
- A user cannot register the BlackBerry MVS Client with the BlackBerry MVS
- A user cannot make a call using the work phone number on the BlackBerry device
- A user cannot make calls on the BlackBerry device using the phone number provided by the wireless service provider
- A user does not receive calls to the work number on the BlackBerry device
- A user must press a key to answer calls on the BlackBerry device
