Permit a user to use the callback feature

In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
Click a user account.
On the Callback Options tab, in the Enable CallBack field, select the Yes option.
Click Submit.
Click the user account that you selected in step 2.
On the User menu, click User Feature Sets.
If the User Add-On: Callback feature set appears in the Available list, perform the following actions:
1. In the Available list, click the User Add-On: Callback feature set.
2. Click the right arrow icon.
3. Click Submit.
