Managing the use of the mobile access number

A mobile access number permits users to access features of the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System from any phone. When users call the mobile access number, the BlackBerry MVS Server authenticates the users. After the BlackBerry MVS Server authenticates the users, it plays a dial tone, and the users can then make calls or access the BlackBerry MVS features. If users make calls using the mobile access number, the BlackBerry MVS Server routes the calls through your organization's PBX.
