I cannot open the BlackBerry MVS web UI or it tries to open but stops responding

Possible cause

Microsoft® IIS might be running on the BlackBerry® MVS Server and is using ports 80 and 443.

Possible solutions

On the BlackBerry MVS Server, try performing the following actions:

  • In the Windows® Services, disable the Microsoft IIS Admin, World Wide Web Publishing, and HTTP SSL services. Restart the Apache Tomcat™ service.
  • Remove Microsoft IIS.
  • Change the port numbers that Microsoft IIS uses to port numbers other than 80 and 443.
