Create an administrator account

After you create an administrator account, you must assign the appropriate administrator or site administrator feature sets to the administrator account.
  1. In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Complete the appropriate fields.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. On the User menu, click User Feature Sets.
  6. In the Selected list, click the feature sets that include User at the beginning of the feature set name.
  7. Click the left arrow icon.
  8. In the Available list, click the appropriate feature sets that include Admin at the beginning of the feature set name.
  9. Click the right arrow icon.
  10. To assign the site administrator feature set to the administrator account, in the Available list, click Site Administrator.
  11. Click the right arrow icon.
  12. Click Submit.
