Create an administrator account
After you create an administrator account, you must assign the appropriate administrator or site administrator feature sets to the administrator account.
- In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
- Click Add.
- Complete the appropriate fields.
- Click Submit.
- On the User menu, click User Feature Sets.
- In the Selected list, click the feature sets that include User at the beginning of the feature set name.
- Click the left arrow icon.
- In the Available list, click the appropriate feature sets that include Admin at the beginning of the feature set name.
- Click the right arrow icon.
- To assign the site administrator feature set to the administrator account, in the Available list, click Site Administrator.
- Click the right arrow icon.
- Click Submit.
