Create a user account based on an existing user account
When you use an existing user account as a template for a new user account, choose an existing user account that has many of the same settings that are appropriate for the new user account.
- In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the User menu, click Profile.
- In the Extension/Phone Number/Name/Email Address/Device PIN field, type the search criteria for the user account that you want to use as the template.
- Click Lookup.
- Click Add.
- Complete the appropriate fields for the new user account.
- Click Submit.
