Configure the callback settings for a user account

Verify that you reserved an additional DID number for the user.

In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
Click a user account.
On the Callback Options tab, in the CallBack Destination Number field, type the phone number that the BlackBerry MVS Server calls to provide the user with a dial tone.
In the CallBack Initiation Number field, type the DID number.
To specify an additional dial string that you want the BlackBerry MVS Server to dial after it dials the phone number that you specified in step 3, in the Callback Destination Number Dial String field, type the dial string.
Click Submit.
