Change the number of times that the BlackBerry MVS Server tries to call participants

You must have site administrator permissions to perform this task.

In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the Administration menu, click Configurations.
Perform one of the following actions:
- To change the active configuration set, click Duplicate beside the configuration set. Beside the new configuration set, click Edit
- To change a configuration set that is not active, click Edit beside the appropriate configuration set.
Click System Parameters.
In the Personal Conference Parameters section, in the Default Personal Conference Retry Frequency drop-down list, click the number of tries.
Click Save.

Activate the configuration set. Restart the BlackBerry MVS Call Processor service.
