Change the priority of a phone

If you configure the phones that are associated with a user account to ring sequentially, you can change the order that the phones ring in by assigning them a priority. The BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System rings the phone with the highest priority first, and then subsequent phones based on their priority settings. If multiple phones have the same priority setting, the BlackBerry MVS rings the phones in the order that they appear in the Phones list of the BlackBerry MVS web UI.
  1. In the BlackBerry MVS web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
  2. Click a user account.
  3. On the User menu, click Phones.
  4. Click a phone number.
  5. In the Priority drop-down list, click a number for the priority of the phone. Number one (1) is the highest priority.
  6. Click Submit.
Repeat steps 4 to 6 for each phone.
