Change a desk phone

You can change which active phone is the desk phone for a user account. A user can move active calls from the BlackBerry® device or other active phone to the desk phone without putting an existing call on hold.
  1. In the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System web UI, on the User menu, click User Profiles.
  2. Click a user account.
  3. On the User menu, click Phones.
  4. In the row for the chosen phone number, select the Is Desk Phone? check box.
