User already exists in destination

Description

This message appears when the BlackBerry® Enterprise Transporter finds that a user record already exists in the destination BlackBerry Domain with the email address of the user account that is specified in the manifest file.

Possible solution

Try performing the following actions:

  • Verify that the destination BlackBerry Domain is correct in the manifest file.
  • Verify that the email address of the user account is typed correctly in the manifest file.
