Description

This message appears when the BlackBerry® Enterprise Transporter cannot preserve the user ID that the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server sends to the BlackBerry device because the user ID is already in use in the destination BlackBerry Domain. The user ID must be preserved so that the BlackBerry device can work correctly.

This message appears only if the BlackBerry Enterprise Server instances in the destination BlackBerry Domain are not version 5.0 and later.

Possible solution

Manually remove, re-add, and reactivate the user account on the source BlackBerry Enterprise Server to generate a new user ID. Then try to migrate the user account again.
