Install the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter
Verify that the computer you want to use has access to the database servers that host the source BlackBerry® Configuration Database and the target BlackBerry Configuration Database.
- Create a folder to store the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter files.
- In a browser, visit na.blackberry.com/eng/support/server_resourcekit.jsp.
- Download the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter installation package.
- Extract the contents of the installation package to the folder that you created.
- Double-click the brk-bbenterprisetransporter.msi file.
- Complete the instructions on the screen.
