Process flow: Updating and displaying data in the BlackBerry Monitoring Service console
- The BlackBerry® Monitoring Service Polling Engine polls all BlackBerry® Enterprise Server components for SNMP data about BlackBerry Enterprise Server components and BlackBerry device users. The BlackBerry Monitoring Service Polling Engine sends the SNMP data to the BlackBerry Monitoring Service Application Core.
- The BlackBerry Monitoring Service Application Core processes the SNMP data and updates the data in the BlackBerry Monitoring Service console by performing the following actions:
