No BlackBerry groups to display. Please check the configuration.
This message appears when the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool cannot connect to a server instance using the information that you specified.
Perform any of the following actions:
- Verify that the login information that you specified for the administrator account is correct.
- Verify that the administrator account has the required permissions.
- Verify that the information that you specified for the server instance is correct.
- Verify that groups exist on the servier.
- Verify that the server that you are trying to connect to is running.
- Verify that the administrator account exists on each server that you want the tool to connect to.
