Install the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter
- Verify that the computer that you want to use has access to the database servers that host the source BlackBerry Configuration Database and the destination BlackBerry Configuration Database.
- In the installation media for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Office 365, navigate to the installation files for the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter. Copy the installation files to a temporary folder on your computer.
- In the temporary folder that you created, double-click brk-bbenterprisetransporter<version>.msi.
- Click Next.
- In the drop-down list, click the country or region in which you are located.
- Read the license agreement. Select I accept the terms in the License Agreement.
- Click Next.
- If necessary, click Change to specify the installation file path for the tool.
- Click Next.
- Click Install.
- Click Finish.
