Unsupported environments

Compatibility
The tools do not support the following environments:
  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.2 or earlier for Microsoft Exchange
  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.2 or earlier for IBM Lotus Domino
  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.1 or earlier for Novell GroupWise
  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express 5.0.2 or earlier for Microsoft Exchange
  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express 5.0.2 or earlier for IBM Lotus Domino

Compatibility with previous releases of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit

Previous versions of the tools have been released for use with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. You cannot use the setup application for the BlackBerry Resource Kit for the BlackBerry Device Service to upgrade previous versions of the tools that are designed for use with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
