The BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool is now available in the BlackBerry Resource Kit for the BlackBerry Device Service. You can use the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool to synchronize the membership of security groups and distribution groups in Microsoft Active Directory with groups on a BlackBerry Device Service. Support for users with multiple devices |
To support user accounts with multiple devices, several parameters now include a -pin subparameter to specify a BlackBerry device for the action. Assign activation passwords to users and groups |
You can assign an activation password to a user account or a group. You can assign an activation password when you add a user account to the BlackBerry Device Service, or at a later time. Move a user account to a different BlackBerry Device Service |

You can remove a user account from the BlackBerry Device Service and delete all data from the device, returning it to its original "out of the box" state, or you can delete the work data only from the device.
