Changes to existing fields

In previous releases of the BlackBerry Device Service, the externalUserUid field was used in the AccountAttributes class to represent a user's mailbox ID. The externalUserUid field was also present in other classes, but it was not supported. In BlackBerry Device Service 6.2 and later, the externalUserUid field is used in the following classes to represent the Microsoft Active Directory object GUID:
