If you ran the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool as a service on a computer in an IPv6 environment, you could not connect to the tool remotely from a computer in an IPv4 environment. (DT 2376880)

This issue is closed, as the IPv6 and IPv4 protocols are not compatible. To work around this issue, you can configure a gateway to convert IPv6 packets into IPv4 packets.
