Remove the BlackBerry Analysis, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting Tools
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Analysis, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting Tools, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Analysis Monitoring and Troubleshooting Tools > Uninstall or Modify Installation.
- Click Next.
- Click Remove.
- Click Remove again.
- Click Finish.
