Retrieve information about BlackBerry CAL keys for a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

  1. On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool Client > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool.
  2. Type besuseradminclient <credentials> -list -cal -b <server_name> .
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • If you want to retrieve summary information, type -summary.
    • If you want to retrieve detailed information, type -details.

Example: Retrieving summary information about BlackBerry CAL keys

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -list -cal -b server1 -summary

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -list -cal -b server1 -details
