Retrieve statistics for devices

Before you run this command, run the BlackBerry Synchronization Service to populate the BlackBerry Configuration Database.

  1. On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool Client > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool.
  2. Type besuseradminclient <credentials> -handheld_info -hhstats.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • If you want to retrieve the statistics for a specific user's BlackBerry device, type -u <user_name> -b <server_name> .
    • If you want to retrieve the statistics for all devices on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, type -users -b <server_name> .
    • If you want to retrieve the statistics for the devices of the members of a specific group, type -users -g <group_name> .

Example: Retrieving the statistics for a user account

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -handheld_info -hhstats -u “CN=Julie Palmer/O=Server01” -b server1

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -handheld_info -hhstats -users -b server1

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -handheld_info -hhstats -users -g "Human Resources"
