List the applications that are available on a user's device
Before you run this command, run the BlackBerry Synchronization Service to populate the BlackBerry Configuration Database.
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool Client > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool.
- Type besuseradminclient <credentials> -handheld_info -u <user_name> -b <server_name> .

Perform one of the following actions:
- To list the applications on the BlackBerry device with the standard level of detail, type -apps.
- To list the applications on the device with a verbose level of detail, type -appsfull.

besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -handheld_info -apps -u jpalmer@test.rim.net -b server1
besuseradminclient -username admin -password password -handheld_info -apps -i users.txt
