Turn on or turn off email message forwarding for a user account or group
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool Client > BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool.
- Type besuseradminclient <credentials> -change.

Perform one of the following actions:
- To turn on email message forwarding, type -er.
- To turn off email message forwarding, type -dr.

Perform one of the following actions:
- To turn on or turn off email message forwarding for a user account, type -u <user_name> -b <server_name> .
- To turn on or turn off email message forwarding for a group, type -g <group_name> .
Example: Turning on email message forwarding for a group
besuseradminclient -username admin -password password1 -change -er -g Admins
besuseradminclient -username admin -password password1 -change -dr -g Admins
besuseradminclient -username admin -password password1 -change -er -u jpalmer@test.rim.net -b server1
besuseradminclient -username admin -password password1 -change -dr -u jpalmer@test.rim.net -b server1
