Run the BlackBerry Message Receipt Confirmation Tool
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Message Receipt Confirmation Tool, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit > BlackBerry Analysis Monitoring and Troubleshooting Tools > BlackBerry Message Receipt Confirmation Tool client.
- In the BlackBerry Message Receipt Confirmation Tool window, verify that the messages were delivered, and verify the delivery times.
