BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter known issues
If you use the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter to move user accounts from a source BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.x to a destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.x, and then add and activate new user accounts on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.x, an SQL error might occur if you try to move the new user accounts to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.x.
