Configure the call forwarding settings
You must configure the rerouting calling search space for the devices so that BlackBerry Mobile Voice System users can forward calls.
To make the changes, in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager UI, click Device > Phone and select the BlackBerry MVS user that you want to set up for call forwarding.
Note: You can also use bulk update to change the Rerouting Calling Search Space.
